HSHS Medical Group welcomes advanced practice RN in Breese/New Baden

HSHS Medical Group has added Meghan Ziegler, APRN, to its team of providers in New Baden and Breese.

She offers primary care for patients of all ages at HSHS St. Joseph’s Health Center, located at 211 East Hanover Street in New Baden; and at Clinton County Rural Health – Breese, located at 9401 Holy Cross Lane, Suite 112 in Breese. She also offers walk-in services for non-emergent conditions at the New Baden location.

Ziegler completed her bachelor’s and master’s in nursing at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. She is board certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center. In her free time, she enjoys hiking; camping; and spending time with her husband and three children.

As a primary care provider, Ziegler will care for patients of all ages and offer a variety of services, including minor procedures, general wellness care, well-child exams, well-woman exams and chronic illness management. As an advanced practice registered nurse, she is trained in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, as well as prescribing medications.
