Helmkamp Construction earns national recognition for industry-leading 401(k) program

Helmkamp Construction Co. has been recognized as a 2026 PLANSPONSOR Plan Sponsor of the Year Finalist, an honor awarded to organizations demonstrating an exceptional commitment to employee financial well-being and retirement success.
Helmkamp was one of just 56 organizations nationwide selected as finalists in the prestigious annual awards program and one of only five organizations recognized in its company size category.
All finalists were recognized during the PLANSPONSOR Excellence in Retirement Awards celebration at the 2026 PLANSPONSOR National Conference held June 1 in Nashville, Tennessee.

Mark Pratt of Creative Planning, who serves as Helmkamp’s retirement plan provider, nominated the company for the award, citing the organization’s strong commitment to employee financial success.
