Today’s workplace brings together multiple generations, each shaped by different experiences; communication preferences; expectations, and approaches to work. This interactive “Lunch & Learn” will explore how generational differences can influence teamwork, leadership, communication, motivation, and workplace dynamics.
Participants will gain practical strategies for building stronger collaboration across generations, reducing misunderstandings, and leveraging the strengths that each generation brings to the table. The session is designed to increase awareness and help teams create a more connected, productive, and inclusive work environment.
