Madison County Title Company recently announced a new chapter in its long-standing service to buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, builders, and real estate professionals throughout Illinois.
The company has named Jaimee Hall as CEO, welcomed back Penny (Best) Grman as senior Real Estate closer, relocated its Edwardsville office from 120 North Main Street to 217 South Main Street in Edwardsville, and expanded its service footprint with additional locations across the region.
Hall brings extensive leadership experience in the legal and professional services industries. A review of her public professional background reflects 14-plus years of legal-industry leadership, experience founding and leading start-ups, service as a director of leadership development for a national professional services firm, and experience leading a 500 employee global litigation firm. Hall’s background includes executive leadership, strategic planning, operational systems, client service, team development, and helping legal organizations grow with a people-first approach.

The return of Penny (Best) Grman as a Real Estate closer adds additional experience and continuity to the company’s team. Grman’s return reflects Madison County Title’s emphasis on relationships, trusted service, and knowledgeable professionals who understand the importance of communication, precision, and follow-through in every transaction.
Since 1984, Madison County Title Company has built its reputation on accuracy, expertise, and integrity in title research, clearing title issues, issuing title insurance policies, and providing insured real estate closings.
