SHC Foundation hosts 19th annual Golf Tournament on June 5
Proceeds will benefit The Restore Network; registration and sponsorship opportunities now open and available
Simmons Hanly Conroy, a national leader in the legal representation of mesothelioma patients and their families, has announced that the 2026 SHC Foundation Golf Tournament will take place June 5 at Spencer T. Olin Golf Course, 4701 College Ave., in Alton.
Proceeds from this year’s tournament will benefit The Restore Network of southern Illinois, a non-profit organization that partners with local community organizations to support foster families and improve the foster care system. Through the organization’s work, foster families are equipped to provide stability and care so children who have experienced trauma can begin to heal.
Over its 18-year history, the SHC Foundation Golf Tournament has raised more than $357,000 to benefit area organizations and charities.
“We are thrilled to once again be hosting the SHC Foundation Golf Tournament at the Spencer T. Olin Golf Course,” said SHC Foundation Director Tamara Jesse. “Not only is the tournament beloved by avid golfers and sports enthusiasts in the region, but the funds raised each year are critical for helping people with needs in our community. This year, we are proud to support the important and great work of The Restore Network in working to change the culture of foster care in Illinois. We hope to see everyone there on June 5.”
The SHC Foundation Golf Tournament will feature morning (8 a.m.) and afternoon (2 p.m.) flights and is organized in a four-person team scramble format. Prizes will be awarded to first and second place finishing teams.
The tournament entry fee of $500 per team covers green fees, cart rental, beverages during game play, and post-round food and drinks in the clubhouse. Participants will also get to enjoy complimentary “Tournament Famous Bloody Marys.”
Tournament sponsorships are available for $2,500 (Eagle) or $1,500 (Birdie).
Additional sponsorships that include signage throughout the tournament range are available for costs ranging from $150 to $1,500.
Tax-deductible donations also are accepted.
