Jordan Snider joins civil engineering team

Marschke Engineering, a civil and structural engineering firm known for practical solutions and hands-on service, recently welcomed Jordan Snider to its growing team.

The expansion reflects the firm’s commitment to helping communities, businesses, and developers from Central Illinois to Lake of the Ozarks as they meet the rising demand for thoughtful planning, site development, and quality improvements.

“As our region invests in the future and more property owners look to build or improve assets, expanding our team allows us to respond quickly and deliver tailored solutions,” said Matt Marschke, P.E., founder and principal engineer. “Jordan brings a solid foundation and fresh perspective that supports our hands-on, client-first approach.”

Snider joins the firm as a civil engineering intern while completing his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE). His academic background, work ethic, and enthusiasm for applied engineering strengthen the firm’s capacity to take on a growing range of projects—from commercial site design to utility work and stormwater management.

Marschke Engineering offers design and consulting services that help clients plan smart, build efficiently, and manage risk. The firm serves a wide range of clients from condo developers, HOAs, manufacturers, and franchises through services from new construction, site design, environmental compliance, to parking lot planning, grading and drainage,

The company is licensed in the 25 states where their franchise clients operate. With a growing team and deep roots in our region, Marschke Engineering continues to position themselves to better support growing companies in this community.
