IMPACT Strategies recently recognized three team members whose accomplishments reflect its company commitment to leadership, industry engagement, and continuous learning.

Amber Trout receives NAWIC Connector & Community Award

Amber Trout, senior Operations & Systems manager at IMPACT Strategies, was recently honored with the Connector & Community Award at the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Spring Forum.

The award celebrates NAWIC members who strengthen engagement, inclusion, and professional networks across chapters and industry stakeholders. Recipients are recognized for building meaningful relationships, fostering collaboration, and creating measurable impact within the organization and the construction industry.

Trout earned the recognition through her demonstrated efforts to enhance member engagement, promote inclusion, and cultivate valuable connections across NAWIC chapters and industry partners. Her leadership has helped create opportunities for collaboration, professional development, and knowledge sharing that benefit both NAWIC members and the broader construction community.

Clayton Rehkemper, Luke Eckert attend ASHE PDC Summit

As part of IMPACT Strategies’ ongoing commitment to continuing education and professional growth, team members Clayton Rehkemper and Luke Eckert attended the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE) Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) Summit in Houston, Texas.

The four-day conference provides healthcare construction professionals with opportunities to learn from industry experts, explore emerging trends, and gain insights into the evolving challenges and opportunities shaping healthcare environments. Through educational sessions, workshops, and peer-to-peer networking, attendees deepen their understanding of best practices in healthcare planning, design, and construction.

By participating in the PDC Summit, Rehkemper and Eckert expanded their industry knowledge and gained valuable perspectives that will help strengthen IMPACT’s healthcare expertise and enhance the solutions delivered to clients. Their attendance reflects the company’s dedication to investing in employee development and fostering a culture of lifelong learning.
