Ribbon cutting ceremony hosted at SSM Health Adult Primary Care

The O’Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a ribbon cutting celebration at SSM Health Adult Primary Care, located at 604 Pierce Blvd., Suite 150, in O’Fallon, Ill.

The July 25, 2024 event marked the first anniversary of the facility and its offered services from the location. Patients can receive a broad range of healthcare services aimed at maintaining overall health and managing chronic conditions.
