Maurche’ Belk selected to Associate Judge position in St. Clair County

On behalf of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, St. Clair County, State of Illinois, Chief Judge Andrew J. Gleeson has announced the selection of Maurche’ H. Belk to the position of Associate Judge in accordance with Supreme Court Rule 39.

Belk received her undergraduate degree from Jackson State University, Jackson, Miss.,  and her Juris Doctor from DePaul University School of Law, Chicago, in 2015.  She is currently affiliated with the law firm of Sandifer and Associates.

Chief Judge Andrew J. Gleeson states that “the judiciary of St. Clair County is excited to have Ms. Belk as the next Associate Judge.  Her passion for the law and her varied legal experience make her an excellent choice.”
