Dieterich Bank promotes Shaina Paddick to Area Manager over Madison, Monroe Counties

Shaina Paddick

Dieterich Bank recently promoted Shaina Paddick to Area Manager over Madison and Monroe Counties.

Paddick, who previously served as Branch Manager of Dieterich Bank’s Edwardsville Branch, brings over a decade of banking experience to her new position. She has managed the Edwardsville Branch since construction began on the brand-new facility in October 2020. As Area Manager, she will continue to focus on business development in the Edwardsville area as well as Waterloo and Columbia while developing team members.

Prior to moving back home to Illinois, Paddick has experience working in both retail and small business banking and lending across the country, including the Northeast and Hawaii.  Paddick is proud to serve on the board for the Edwardsville Children’s Museum, teach as a Merit Badge Counselor for Boy Scouts of America, and volunteer with the Glen-Ed Food Pantry with her daughter.

For Paddick, working at Dieterich Bank is about the community. “I appreciate working for a bank that prioritizes the communities we serve and actively engages in events and projects that help our town. I value working in branches that greet customers by their name when they visit and focus on relationship building. I love to help, and Dieterich Bank makes that possible.”

Dieterich Bank was chartered in 1909 and has since grown into a $1 billion community bank with 13 branch locations and over 170 employees.  The bank provides financial services through a network of banking centers in Illinois and a loan production office in South County St. Louis, Missouri.  Dieterich Bank upholds a 114-year reputation of excellent customer service and community building.
