Cork Tree Creative names Jaci Rothe as first-ever COO; announces other promotions
Cork Tree Creative has announced the promotion of Jaci Rothe as its first-ever chief operating officer.
Since joining the Edwardsville-based marketing agency in 2017, Rothe has worked closely with clients across the Metro East and beyond, offering strategic guidance and management over their marketing campaigns to help them achieve their goals.

Currently, she leads the agency’s account team and, as COO, will provide oversight into day-to-day operations across all services as well as partner with ownership on long-term strategic planning, business development and hiring initiatives.
“For the past 10 years, we’ve watched Jaci grow into a tremendous team leader and account manager,” said Laura Reed, co-owner of Cork Tree Creative. “She consistently goes above and beyond for her clients, and we are excited to see her transition into this new role where she will not only support our agency as a whole, but also enhance collaboration across all of our teams.”
Rothe joined Cork Tree Creative as an intern in 2016 while attending Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and has grown alongside the agency throughout the past decade. During her tenure, she has held roles including account associate, account executive and account manager, working with clients across a variety of industries to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
In addition to leading the agency’s account team, Rothe serves as Cork Tree’s in-house Google advertising specialist, overseeing paid search campaigns and helping clients achieve measurable results.
Outside of the agency, she recently completed a two-year term as president of the Metro East Humane Society board of directors and continues to serve as a board member.

- Madeline May to senior account executive
- Carmen Sledge to senior multimedia specialist
