Booz Allen Hamilton opens new office in O’Fallon

Booz Allen Hamilton recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate its new office at 475 Regency Park Drive, O’Fallon, Ill.

This is one of two locations the global technology and consulting firm maintains in the St. Louis-O’Fallon Business Center. The other is located within the Cortex Innovation Community in Mid-Town, St. Louis.

The new 9,900-square-foot facility is 60 percent larger than the previous location on Seven Hill Road in O’Fallon, and was designed to accommodate Booz Allen’s growing workforce. The local team has developed at a rapid pace since 2020.

Booz Allen specializes in management consulting and technology solutions, with expertise in analytics, digital engineering and cyber to support in-region clients including Air Mobility Command, U.S. Transportation Command, Cyberspace Capabilities Center, Surface Deployment and Distribution Command, and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

“This new space allows our team to work differently than before. We learned a lot in the last two years and are focused on understanding how to creatively meet our clients’ missions during whatever global or local challenges we are faced with. We had the opportunity to rethink and reframe what the future of work looks like,” said Jon Faver, principal at Booz Allen and leader of the firm’s St. Louis-O’Fallon Business Center. “We’ve learned that we are adaptable, productive and collaborative, whether in person, virtual or a hybrid mix, and we look forward to continuing to grow our presence in the region and support our clients, employees and the community.”

Booz Allen’s NexGen office delivers what it calls creative, collaborative opportunities to work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, demonstrate the firm’s latest solutions, and empower its teams to research and innovate. Unique spaces in the new O’Fallon office include the O’Fallon Digital Integration Lab and Live Virtual Construct demo space. These facilities allow Booz Allen to explore and demonstrate Android Tactical Assault Kits, Mixed Reality training devices, and the intersection between digital and data visualization.
