Greensfelder firm welcomes two new associates

Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C., announced that Chantal S. Fink and Rachel M. Hirshberg have joined the firm’s St. Louis office as associates.

fink chantal“We are pleased to welcome Chantal and Rachel to Greensfelder in St. Louis,” Greensfelder Chief Executive Officer Timothy R. Thornton said. “Their experience and practice capabilities make them great additions to our Construction and Business Services teams.”

A member of Greensfelder’s Construction industry group, Fink represents clients in a wide range of construction matters, including contract negotiations, early dispute resolution, arbitration and litigation. She has represented general contractors, designers, builders and other construction industry clients on a regional and national level. She also has experience representing businesses in contractual, lending employment and real estate matters.

Previously, Fink (left) was a litigation associate at Blitz, Bardgett & Deutsch, L.C., in St. Louis. She received her J.D. from the University of Missouri and her Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University.

hirshberg rachelHirshberg (right) is a member of Greensfelder’s Business Services practice group. She assists businesses with a variety of corporate transactions. Her experience includes handling tax controversies and tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, as well as estate and gift tax planning.

Previously, Hirshberg was an associate at Lewis Rice LLC in St. Louis. She received her J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Missouri School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.

Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C., founded in 1895, has offices in St. Louis, Chicago and Belleville.
