Dodge reported Friday on construction starts in the metropolitan statistical area of St. Louis, consisting of Bond, Calhoun, Clinton, Crawford, Franklin, Jefferson, Jersey, Lincoln, Macoupin, Madison, Monroe, St. Charles, St. Clair, St. Louis, Warren and Washington in Illinois and Missouri.
