Auffenberg Shiloh purchases 32 acres for new St. Clair Auto Mall relocation
Auffenberg Shiloh, LLC has purchased a 32-acre development site on Frank Scott Parkway in Shiloh for the future St. Clair Auto Mall relocation project.
In February an additional 3.6 acres will be added for a total of 35.6 acres, the property brokers, BARBERMurphy Group, reported Wednesday.
The plan is to move the Auto Mall about two miles to the east along Interstate 64 from its present site in O’Fallon. There will be a total of eight new car dealership lots for such brands as Nissan, Mazda, Volkswagen, Kia, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram.
Terry Johnson of the BARBERMurphy Group represented the Auffenberg Family with the site selection process, land acquisition, zoning, preliminary plat, and infrastructure incentives.
Progress East Healthcare Center (BJC) was the seller of the acreage.
