  • Irish Properties, LLC leased a 1,200-square-foot retail space at 1920 Lebanon Ave. to Popcorn-N-Such. BARBERMurphy Group represented both parties.

COLLINSVILLE

  • Collinsville, LLC sold a 99,866-square-foot fully leased office/warehouse at 1700 St. Louis Road to Retail Place, LLC.  BARBERMurphy Group represented both parties.

EDWARDSVILLE

  • Cat Man Bu, LLC sold an 11,098-square-foot retail building at 231 N. Main St. to 231 N. Main, LLC. BARBERMurphy Group represented the buyer.
  • Fred’s Friends of Edwardsville sold a 4,175-square-foot restaurant building at No. 2 157 Center to GG Madison, LLC. BARBERMurphy Group represented the seller.
  • Brauer Properties, LLC sold a 2,960-square-foot office building at No. 3 157 Center to Midwest Veterinary Properties, LLC. BARBERMurphy Group represented both parties.
