FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS — Construction-management firm IMPACT Strategies has hired Kyle Stigler, a resident of Fairview Heights as a project engineer.
Stigler is an experienced construction engineer with proficiency in managing the day-to-day responsibilities of contractors on mid-sized projects to major multi-million dollar developments for both private companies and government agencies.
Since 2011, Stigler has worked as a staff engineer and engineering technician for various companies, providing him the opportunity to hone his project management experience and engineering skills. He has completed his OSHA 30 Hour Construction Outreach Training and is certified in storm water erosion control and Americans with Disabilities and Public Right of Way Accessible Guidelines. Stigler also completed the New Environment, Inc. – Confined Space Safety Program, IDOT Documentation Class, and he is a qualified compliance inspector of storm water.
