LEBANON – Holland Construction Services, Inc. recently completed construction on a new $8.1 million elementary school for Lebanon School District 9 in Lebanon.
Phase one of the two-phase job included the construction of a new 40,000-square-foot facility to house pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. The new elementary school features state-of-the-art amenities and includes 24 classrooms, a multipurpose room and gymnasium.
Phase two included demolition of the old elementary school as well as a renovation to the junior high corridor, all expected to be done with the start of new school year.
Ittner Architects served as the architect on both phases of the project.
“Lebanon School District is very happy with Holland in its effectiveness to provide a valuable service, in a timely manner, while keeping us under budget,” said Patrick Keeney, district superintendent. “Time and time again Holland’s personnel were constantly looking out for our interest and providing solid guidance in the construction process.”
