Banker joins board of Rebuilding Together

EFFINGHAM – David R. Noble, community development and CRA officer for Midland States Bank, has joined the board of directors of Rebuilding Together – St. Louis.

noble davidRebuilding Together provides free home repair for homeowners in need throughout St. Louis, as well as St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson and Franklin counties.

Noble, left, a long-standing resident of St. Louis, is a veteran banker with expertise in the areas of community development, mortgage counseling and Community Reinvestment Act mortgage lending. In his role, he has been involved in several community development and engagement initiatives. He is also the co-founder and chairman of the executive committee of the Metropolitan St. Louis CRA Association.

Rebuilding Together – St. Louis was incorporated in March 1992 and has assisted 1,275 homeowners, completed 52 community projects and 489 Rebuilding Together Express projects in more than 50 communities throughout the greater St. Louis area.

Midland States Bank has assets of approximately $1.7 billion and Midland Wealth Management has assets under administration of more than $1.1 billion.

The bank has locations throughout Metro East and Illinois.
