CarsonAllaria opens wealth management firm in Glen Carbon

CarsonAllaria Wealth Management, a firm managing approximately $180 million in individual and business assets, has opened an office at 2246 South State Route 157, Suite 225, in Glen Carbon.

The company was founded by Scott Carson, Joe Allaria, CFP, and Mark Allaria, CFP. The three began working together at a previous firm and found they had a shared vision about the direction of their business. All three are licensed to advise on securities and life insurance. Scott Carson, managing partner and wealth advisor, has been in the financial services industry for more than 25 years, 15 of which were spent as the president of Meridian Financial Group in Glen Carbon.

“We believe that every client situation should be approached from a comprehensive planning standpoint,” Carson said. “And, we think each client should have a team of professionals that work together, not separately, on their behalf.”

Brothers Mark and Joe Allaria are Edwardsville natives and have over 12 years of combined experience in the financial services industry. Each earned his Certified Financial Planner certification in 2015, which is a voluntarily designation earned through the completion of several rigorous financial planning courses. Both have a background in athletics and coaching, and have drawn from those experiences and applied them to help guide their clients in the financial world.
