OSF Saint Anthony’s opening second clinic in Wood River in August
OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony’s Health Center will open its second clinic in Wood River on Aug. 3, 2026.
The new OSF Medical Group office will be located at 1853 Vaughn Road. A ribbon cutting ceremony has been scheduled for 1 p.m. on Aug. 12.
“We’re focused on expanding access to care for patients throughout Riverbend area,” says Lisa Schepers, DNP, MBA, RN, NE-BC, president, OSF Saint Anthony’s. “The new location in Wood River provides convenience and gives patients with greater flexibility when making decision about their care.”
Primary care office hours (once open):
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays
- 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays
Primary care includes preventive care, acute care for common illness, chronic disease management and immunizations. From annual checkups and preventive care to support when feeling unwell, providers help patients and their families stay healthy at every stage of life.
OSF Saint Anthony’s Health Center serves the residents of Madison, Jersey and Macoupin counties. It is home to OSF Moeller Cancer Center in Alton, which provides the latest diagnostic tools and treatment for patients in a relaxing environment. OSF Saint Anthony’s also provides 24-hour access to a physician-staffed emergency department, in addition to cardiovascular, neurology, pulmonology, surgical, rehabilitation services and more.
