Cahokia Heights Fine Dining is Rep. Schmidt’s ‘Business of the Month’

After receiving submissions from across the 114th District, State Representative Kevin Schmidt (R-Millstadt) has chosen Cahokia Heights Fine Dining as his “Business of The Month.”

The upscale restaurant is owned and operated by Zeleke Awash and offers customers a fine dining experience in Cahokia Heights.

“If you reside in Cahokia Heights or just visiting and want a fine dining experience with fantastic food, this restaurant is a must-try,” said Rep. Schmidt. “The menu offers a variety of choices and the portions are generous.”

Cahokia Heights Fine Dining recently opened in Cahokia Heights and offers lunch, dinner, and carry-out. Owner Zeleke Awash is excited about his new venture and looks forward to serving the community of Cahokia Heights.

Guests can expect to enjoy a variety of delicious meals from seafood, pasta, lamb chops, burgers, filet mignon, and more.

Awash has more than 22 years of running successful businesses including four gas stations and a liquor store. He says he is thrilled about this new adventure and looks forward to working with General Manager Laverne Hagler and Head Chef Tracy Stevenson to elevate the food industry in Cahokia Heights. 

The restaurant is located two minutes from Highway 255 and eight minutes from Highway 64 at 1508 Camp Jackson Road.

It is open on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and on Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
