Rotary Club of Swansea seeks auction items, sponsorships for February annual fundraiser

Rotary Club of Swansea is gearing up for its annual “Rotary Round Up” Dinner Auction taking place on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026. The event will be held at the Belleville/Swansea Moose Lodge 1221. Organizers have noted that this event is a cornerstone of the club’s efforts to support the local community.

Unique items are now being sought that can be included in both the silent and live auctions that are a part of this event.

“Your donation directly impacts our ability to fund vital local projects. If you are willing to contribute an item or service to help us reach our goals, please reach out to me directly via email or phone,” said Rotary Club of Swansea spokesperson Natalie Jablonski.

For consideration and/or inspiration, Jablonski further shared a “wish list” of items that tend to be very popular at these auctions:

• Local experiences: Gift certificates for local restaurants, spa treatments, or “staycation” hotel packages.
• Sports and entertainment: Tickets to St. Louis sporting events, concerts, or theater performances.
• Themed baskets: “Family Movie Night,” “Gourmet Wine & Cheese,” or “Outdoor BBQ” collections.
• Unique services: Professional consultations, home cleaning services, or landscaping packages.
• Travel: Vacation rentals, airline miles, or weekend getaway vouchers.

“Thank you in advance for your generosity and for helping the Swansea Rotary continue its mission of doing good work while having fun,” she added further.

Sponsorships are also being sought for the event. There are two levels of sponsorship: Booklet half page ad at $75 or Booklet full page ad at $100.

As a sponsor, the club will post your company name, group or personal message in the program booklet, on its webpage (http://www.swansearotary.org) and on its Facebook Page (facebook.com/SwanseaRotary).
