Disco Time wins 2025 St. Louis Derby at Fairmount Park

On Friday, Sept. 19, 2025, Fairmount Park Casino and Racing honored its centennial with the marquee event of the season, the FanDuel St. Louis Derby.
It was Disco Time that cruised to victory in the $250,000 St. Louis Derby held at the venue over the weekend (Sept. 18-20, 2025) as a part of its 100th anniversary celebration. September 2025 marks a historic milestone for Fairmount Park as it celebrates a century of horse racing, tradition, and entertainment in the Metro East region.
Founded in September 1925, Fairmount Park began as a track for both thoroughbred and standardbred horse racing. Today, it’s evolved into a premier entertainment destination featuring thoroughbred racing, a restaurant with live entertainment, and a state-of-the-art casino, making it the only “racino” in Illinois and Missouri.
