IMPACT Strategies recognizes employees’ career achievements

IMPACT Strategies Inc. recently honored employee Bryce Reeves, project engineer, who recently completed the SIUE Construction Leadership Institute.

The Construction Leadership Institute was developed by the SIUE School of Business and Engineering with guidance from local construction industry executives. This program is designed to provide valuable knowledge and skills that can be used to tackle the modern-day challenges of the construction industry.

Reeves was recommended and sponsored by IMPACT to participate in this nine-week course as a part of his continuing education.

Reeves, who has a degree in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, joined IMPACT late in 2022.

Vice President of Operations Scott Manning expressed his enthusiasm for Reeves’s contributions to the team: “Bryce has proven to be a valuable asset. We look forward to witnessing his progression as he tackles more complex projects and further develops his skills at IMPACT.”

In addition, IMPACT Strategies announced that employee Melissa Rogers, senior accountant, successfully obtained her certified public accountant (CPA) certificate after completing rigorous education and professional requirements. This credential signifies her expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial management.

Rogers, who joined IMPACT in the summer of 2022, holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas and master’s degree from Southern Illinois University  Edwardsville in accounting. Her attainment of the CPA designation reflects her dedication to continuous learning and professional development, upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism within the industry.
