Glen Carbon Night at SIUE scheduled to take place on Jan. 23

The Village of Glen Carbon and SIUE Athletics have teamed up to host Glen Carbon Night at SIU Edwardsville’s First Community Arena starting at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025. All Glen Carbon residents can redeem a 50 percent discount on their tickets and will have the ability to be selected for promotions hosted during the game on the court.

Village Administrator Jamie Bowden is excited to partner with SIUE on the event, supporting NCAA men’s basketball. The Cougars will be playing Southern Indiana Scream on Glen Carbon Night at SIUE. “When SIU approached us about a Glen Carbon Night, we thought it was a great idea to offer our residents discounted tickets,” said Bowden. He went on to say, “it’s a fun night out, supporting this OVC matchup to support our local Division 1 University.”
