Service arrangements announced for regional economic development leader Keith Moran

Keith John Moran, age 49, of Edwardsville, Ill., passed away at Evelyn’s House in St. Louis on Saturday, July 22, 2023.
Moran owned and operated Moran Economic Development in Edwardsville. He received his Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University and his Master of Public Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
He is survived by his wife Rachel (Kuhn) Moran; two sisters, Kristen Pfund and husband Matthew of Edwardsville, with their children Laynie and Charlie Pfund; Kathy Watts and husband Jared with their children, Gavin, Peyton, and Brandon Watts; sister-in-law, Anastasia “Stacy” Kuhn; brother-in-law, Nick Kuhn and wife Erin with their children, Hayden, Wyatt and Delaney Kuhn; along with so many very special friends. He was preceded in death by his nephew, Jack Pfund.
A public visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2023, at the Ink House in Edwardsville. A memorial service for friends and family will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 3, 2023, at the Edwardsville Moose Lodge.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Moran’s Mission which will go to help fight Multiple System Atrophy (MSA).
