First Bank hires commercial loan officer in Red Bud

Angie Bertelsman has rejoined First Bank as a vice president, commercial loan officer in the Agricultural Lending Group. Her office is located at First Bank’s Red Bud branch, 1411 S. Main St.

Bertelsman, who served in a variety of capacities for First Bank from 2006 to 2012, will be responsible for portfolio and client relationship management in the Agricultural Lending Group.

Prior to rejoining First Bank, Bertelsman was a portfolio manager at the Home Builder Financial Group in Clayton, Mo. She has more than 14 years of banking and finance experience.

Bertelsman received her MBA from Lindenwood University and is a graduate of the University of Missouri in Columbia, Mo. with a bachelor’s in hotel and restaurant management. She is a member of the St. James Parish and is an active volunteer within the church and St. James Catholic School.

Bertelsman lives in Millstadt.
