1818 Chophouse O’Fallon holds ribbon cutting
O’FALLON — The O’Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce was on hand on July 19 to join 1818 Chophouse O’Fallon in celebrating its new location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The restaurant is at 1405 Green Mount Road, Suite 100, on the first floor of The Blade building. It opened last fall, a partnership of Megan Pashea, her father, John Pashea, and executive chef Adam Washburn (trio in center).
The family-owned and operated casual yet fine dining restaurant began in 2012 with a location that continues in Edwardsville. Success there led to the second location, which offers what the owners call the finest house-butchered steaks and freshest seafood in the area. The location is also open to private events and business meetings seating anywhere from 10 to 160 guests. A brunch is offered on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Any inquiries can be emailed to megan@1818chophouse.com or for general information they can be reached at (618) 206-6451. The restaurant is closed Mondays.
