Gwin’s Travel consultants receive Travel Expert certification

BETHALTO – Thea Bailey, Amy Lang and Kerry Maceranka with Gwin’s Travel all recently became a certified Travel Expert through Signature Travel Network, a global travel consortium.

The designation represents commitment to continuing education and bringing first-class travel services to clients in the Bethalto/Metro East area.

The Signature Travel Expert certification course, consisting of 15 modules, is a core training program for travel professionals, which teaches the skills required to fully leverage travel partnerships with thousands of hotels, cruise lines and tour operators. This program prepares travel professionals for booking complex travel itineraries, while at the same time, securing the best travel privileges available at any giving time. This information benefits travelers since they can take advantage of special offers like accommodation upgrades, special pricing, free meals and more.

“We are so thrilled that Thea, Amy, and Kerry successfully completed the Signature Travel Expert certification program,” says Rhonda Kaminski with Gwin’s Travel. “Our travel consultants truly know the travel business and can score amazing experiences and privileges for their clients.”
