AT&T names new vice president and general manager for Southern Illinois

ST. LOUIS — AT&T has named Tammi Terrell vice president and general manager to oversee business in Missouri, Kansas and Southern Illinois.

terrel tammi 2016Terrell (left)  will manage more than 1,200 employees, more than 60 AT&T-owned retail locations and more than 330 national retail partners and authorized resellers.

“Tammi brings great talent to the table. She has experience in many aspects of the business, from corporate business sales to merger integration and retail management,” said LeAnn Priebe, regional president, AT&T Central. “Tammi’s skill and successful track record make her a natural choice to lead operations in the Greater Midwest.”

Terrell has been a member of the AT&T family of companies for more than 25 years and has held numerous sales and management positions. Most recently, Terrell served as vice president and general manager in AT&T’s Southwest and Hawaii region. In her new position, Terrell will be based in St. Louis.

Terrell is a graduate of the University of West Florida. She is the founding member of the Women of AT&T – Paradise Chapter and a member of the Asian Pacific Islanders for Professional and Community Advancement.

“I’m excited to get to know our customers in Missouri, Kansas and Southern Illinois,” Terrell said. “I look forward to continuing our efforts to deliver a leading customer experience, strengthen our relationships in the community and expand our network.”
