Coldwell Banker Brown Realtors recognized for transactions

EDWARDSVILLE — Coldwell Banker Brown Realtors recently picked up three significant honors recognizing the company’s success in the real estate industry.
RISMedia released its 2015 Power Broker Survey where Coldwell Banker Brown ranked in the top 500 based on transactions closed, coming in at 366 nationally.
Along with being ranked in the 2015 Power Broker Survey, Coldwell Banker Brown Realtors also picked up the honor of being included in REAL Trends top-500 brokers where, once again, the rank was based on total transactions closed. The group came in at 355. The REAL Trends 500 is an annual research report, which identifies the country’s largest and most successful residential firms.
The firm was also ranked in the St. Louis Business Journal book of lists as the No. 1 ranked brokerage firm in the Metro East, as well as ninth in the entire St. Louis market based on 2014 volume closed.
