June 25 jigsaw puzzle competition to benefit Operation Blessing

Grab your friends, family, coworkers, and puzzle aces and join in an evening of fun and friendly competition benefiting Operation Blessing.

This unique fundraising event — a jigsaw puzzle competition! — takes place from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at the Godfrey KC Hall, located at 1713 Stamper Lane in Godfrey, Ill.

The doors will open at 6 p.m.; the competition begins promptly at 6:30 p.m.

Every team will be given the same puzzle to complete. The first team to finish the 500-piece jigsaw puzzle correctly will receive a cash prize.  Team tables consist of up to 6 people, with at least one adult per table.

In addition to the jigsaw puzzle fun, there will be a 50-50 no-guilt raffle, as well as raffle baskets for bidding.

Bring your own snacks; free non-alcoholic beverages are provided. A cash bar will also be available.

Since 1982, Operation Blessing in Wood River has provided food, clothing and personal items for families in its local communities.

Donations are an important part of Operation Blessing’s success. So bring team spirit, family and friends together for this fun evening to benefit Operation Blessing.
