2026 Wish Home Raffle: A home built with heart in Mascoutah’s Brickyard Estates
In the heart of Brickyard Estates in Mascoutah, Ill., something extraordinary is taking shape not just a beautiful new home, but a powerful symbol of hope, compassion, and what can happen when a community builds with purpose.
Created by the Home Builders and Remodelers Charitable and Educational Foundation (HBRCEF), the 2026 Wish Home Raffle is more than a fundraiser. It is a mission rooted in generosity, craftsmanship, and a shared commitment to helping grant life-changing wishes through Make-A-Wish®.
Built with pride by skilled union professionals from IBEW, Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council, Plumbers Local 101, and the Sheet Metal Workers Union, this custom home reflects the strength of the local building industry and the heart behind every detail. Each trade, each volunteer, and each partner plays a role in turning compassion into action.
A home designed for living — and giving
Nestled within the welcoming community of Brickyard Estates, the 2026 Wish Home is a 5-bedroom, 3-bath custom-built home featuring an open, inviting layout and a walk-out basement ideal for gathering and everyday living. Carefully designed with modern finishes and thoughtful details, the home showcases the craftsmanship and generosity of professionals who donated their time, materials, and expertise to support this cause.
This remarkable project has been made possible through the generous support of many local companies and partners, including HBD Homes, The Haire Corporation, Liese Lumber, GAF, Jacob Enterprises, Eagle Flooring, Timmerman Concrete, Butler Supply, Glorifying Designs, Wolters Cabinets, Marks Appliances, Goley, Red Box, Ferguson, Belleville Supply, Hello Garage, Hearthside, Bronco Garage, Light Brite, Associated Bank, and many more. The City of Mascoutah has also played an important role in supporting the project from the very beginning. There are also additional Prizes Speis Customs has built and provided 3 Hand made Solid Wood Tables Valued at $10,000, Hot Tubs of St Louis has provided a Spa Berry Hot Tub and the St Louis Cardinals have provided a Priceless Cardinal Experience as a Prize.

Every ticket sold represents more than a chance to win a beautiful home — it represents hope for families facing critical illness. Proceeds from the Wish Home Raffle directly support Make-A-Wish®, helping bring joy, strength, and unforgettable experiences to children across Illinois and Missouri.
Raffle tickets are $100 each, and every entry helps turn wishes into reality.
