TWM announces two additions to its team

TWM Inc., an engineering and geospatial firm based in the greater St. Louis area, recently announced two additions to its team.

Kelly Ralston, ACTCP, has been welcomed as its new director of Business Development and Alicia Kamischke, PE, SE, PMP, LEED AP BD+C as its new Project Management officer.

An official announcement noted that these new hires reflect TWM’s continued investment in strengthening client relationships, enhancing operational excellence, and supporting growth throughout the Midwest and Southeast regions.

As director of Business Development, Ralston will focus on connecting with clients, leading engagement initiatives, uncovering new partnership development, and supporting TWM’s mission to deliver effective, efficient, and economical solutions. “She brings a passion for relationship-building and a proven track record in business development efforts across engineering, construction, architecture, and design industries,” the announcement further noted.

Throughout her 25-year career, Ralston has concentrated on “connecting people, projects, and purpose.” Drawing from her background as a senior project manager in land development, architecture, and civil engineering and as a code specialist for architects and construction firms, she thrives on bringing teams together to create outcomes that serve and strengthen both clients and communities. Her credentials include ACTCP Certification for ADA Coordinators and ADA Standards Certification (NAAC), among many others. Ralston earned her B.S. in Architectural Technology/Construction Management from Ranken Technical College in St. Louis, Mo.

In her role as Project Management officer, Kamischke will “champion consistency and excellence across our project management procedures, helping teams work smarter, communicate better, and deliver the exceptional services that reflect TWM’s mission.” With a strong background in structural engineering as well as project management, she understands the importance of achieving project objectives through a consistent and efficient approach.

With over 17 years in the industry, Kamischke has focused on creating smoother workflows, strengthening collaboration, and keeping clients informed every step of the way. She received the Young Civil Engineer of the Year award in 2016 from the ASCE Central Illinois Chapter and was recognized as one of the 40 Leaders under Forty Class of 2024 in Peoria, Ill. Kamischke earned her MBA from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and her M.S. in Civil Engineering from Bradley University in Peoria.
