HILLSBORO, Ill. — National Bank has appointed Delmar Mills to its board of directors.
Mills is the sales manager at Arthur Young Chevrolet in Vandalia and owns DEM Enterprises and Ultimate Ice LLC. He has been with Arthur Young for 12 years and can be heard on local radio six days a week as the voice of the dealership.
In 2012, he started Ultimate Ice LLC. to service the ice and water vending needs of the local community.
More recently, DEM Enterprises was founded as a specialty transportation company. DEM also invests in local real estate.

Mills is a lifelong resident of Vandalia and currently lives in town with his wife, Elizabeth, and two children. He is an active member of the Vandalia Moose Lodge, the Mother of Dolor Catholic Church, and the Vandalia Sports Boosters.
