CoreLife Eatery, an active lifestyle restaurant offering a variety of greens, grains and broth-based dishes, is opening its first Illinois location in Peoria on Friday, July 21, and plans additional restaurants, including one in Southern Illinois.
CoreLife Eatery is offering an opportunity to enjoy food from its newest location for free on Thursday, July 20, from 11:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. Everyone is invited to come out to CoreLife Eatery to try the foods the brand has to offer. The restaurant is at 5040 North Big Hollow Road.
CoreLife Eatery brings together what is calls scratch cooking with flavorful source ingredients and a fast, casual service line for a healthy and affordable eating alternative.
“CoreLife Eatery is a truly unique brand with so many exciting benefits. The brand focuses on bringing clean, healthy and great tasting foods to everyone every day, along with health and wellness,” Clay Baxter, CoreLife Eatery franchisee and operating partner, said.
Five additional Illinois sites are planned in 2018, including Champaign and Springfield. A location closer to Metro East is also in the works, but the location still not officially announced, the company said.
