Sugarfire Smokehouse (multiple locations), the award-winning family of barbecue restaurants known for its succulent brisket, pulled pork, ribs, signature sandwiches, and pies, is thrilled to introduce two new mouthwatering barbeque sauce flavors to its specialty sauce lineup just in time for National Pulled Pork month in October. The Restaurant Group will add “Texas Hot,” a tangy barbeque blend packing a sweet heat, and “Carolina Mustard,” a classic Carolina-inspired vinegar mustard sauce, to its existing smokehouse sauce lineup. Consistent with the existing barbeque sauce offerings, each 16-ounce bottle ($8) is available for purchase at all Sugarfire locations (multiple locations) nationwide.

The latest flavor additions join Sugarfire’s signature sauce collection, which features original smokehouse staples: Honey Badger, Coffee BBQ, and St. Louie Sweet. “The new sauce flavors were crafted with passion and precision to enhance the barbecue experience for our loyal patrons,” says Corporate Chef Kat Wallace. “We want our customers to enjoy the full Sugarfire flavor experience and that starts with ridiculously delicious sauce,” says Wallace.

Barbeque fans can anticipate a fiery flavor experience with the Texas Hot sauce. Inspired by the bold flavors of Texan barbecue traditions, this sauce packs a punch with its perfect blend of spices and a satisfying, lingering heat. Whether you’re slathering it on ribs, brisket, or smoked turkey.

The classic Carolina Mustard offers a tangy twist on the traditional golden Carolina sauce. Drawing inspiration from the Southern Carolina region’s culinary heritage, this sauce combines the richness of mustard with a delightful hint of sweet and tangy. The harmonious balance of flavors pairs wonderfully with pulled pork, smoked chicken, or as a dipping sauce for fries or smoked chicken wings.

“Sugarfire has been instrumental in putting St. Louis barbecue on the national map. The award-winning restaurant group is known for its commitment to quality and flavor innovation and its latest product launch is an exciting representation of the company’s continued growth. Our new sauce offerings are a testament to the dedication of our pitmasters and their continuous pursuit of excellence in the world of barbecue,” says Sugarfire Founder Mike Johnson.

“This sauce series, like our bbq joints, pays respect- not just to one style or location, but – to the best that barbeque has to offer, all over the world. A key pillar of Sugarfire’s philosophy is to have some killer sauce and don’t skip dessert,” Johnson adds.
