Southern Illinois Coffee Trail stretches over 50 coffee shops, 450 miles of downstate Illinois

The 2023 Southern Illinois Coffee Trail features over 50 different coffee shops spread over 450 miles. The trail is officially live from September 1 until December 31, and features discounts and special perks for those who participate.

Last fall, Discover Downstate Illinois had launched its first ever Coffee Trail. It featured 27 shops across a 21-county region. This year, they partnered with six other local tourism bureaus — Explore Mattoon, Lake Shelbyville, Enjoy Mt. Vernon, Southernmost Illinois Tourism Bureau, Visit Effingham, and visitSI — to provide a more inclusive trail.
