Following the national popularity of battered chicken sandwiches, area Burger King restaurants are introducing Royal Crispy Wraps, a wrap version of the popular BK Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich, which debuted on the menu last August. The $2.99 soft flour tortilla wrap is stuffed with white meat chicken, tomato and lettuce and is available in three different wrap varieties: Classic, Spicy and Honey Mustard. The Royal Crispy Wrap is perfectly sized to serve as a snack or an addition to a Burger King meal.
Starting Monday, August 14 Royal Crispy Wraps will be on the menu at 52 Burger King locations throughout St. Louis City, St. Louis County, the Metro East, in Southern Illinois and across Missouri, which are operated by Maryland Heights-based franchisee, Broadway Restaurant Group. They will only be available for a limited time until they sell out. Alongside this launch, select Broadway Restaurant Group locations will be a national test market for a Faves Under $4 Menu and $5 Your Way Bundle of a drink and select entrees and side.
“Limited-time food innovations, especially snack items like these wraps, tend to be very popular in our St. Louis and Metro East Burger King restaurants. We don’t expect our limited supply of Royal Crispy Wraps to last long,” said Broadway Restaurant Group Managing Partner Henry Delouvrier. “St. Louisans ate so many Burger King tacos when they were introduced back in 2019 that 10 area locations ranked in the Top 30 nationwide for taco sales! The snack-sized tacos sold out very quickly when relaunched last February”.
St. Louis has been known as a successful Burger King market for years.
