Area chamber to host ‘GloBingo 2023’ event on Sept. 16 in Troy

The Troy/Maryville/St. Jacob/Marine Chamber of Commerce will host “GloBingo 2023,” a fundraiser event taking place on Saturday, Sept. 16 at the Tri-Township Activity Center in Troy (284 Riggin Road). The doors will open at 6 p.m. and bingo will begin at 7 p.m. Everyone who is age 21 or older is welcome.

Bingo gamers can bring in their own snacks and beverages, and there will be a 50/50 drawing, heads/tails, and a “best decorated table” award given during the evening’s event.

Sponsorships are still available at this time through the Chamber office.

Advance individual tickets are $30 each, or a team table of 8 can be reserved for $200. This includes six bingo cards (10 games), a glow hat and a glow dauber. An additional six bingo cards can be purchased for $5 more. Click here to purchase tickets online.

Playfully noted as “not your grandma’s bingo,” Chamber Director Dawn Mushill shared what GloBingo is: “What is GloBingo? It involves, well, glo! There are glo hats, glo daubers and real bingo. ”
