City of Belleville set to host budget public hearing April 10, town hall meeting April 12

The City of Belleville will host two public meetings during the week of April 10, 2023.

First, a public hearing to discuss the city’s Fiscal Year 2023/2024 Budget is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. Monday, April 10 in the City Council Chambers prior to its Finance Committee Meeting.

And then from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12, Belleville Mayor Patty Gregory and the city’s department directors will host a Town Hall meeting at the Southwestern Illinois Justice & Workforce Development Campus. The campus address is 2300 West Main Street.

During the Town Hall meeting, Mayor Gregory and the directors will be on hand to share what all is happening in Belleville. The public is welcome to attend. If you would like to attend and have questions answered during the open house forum, RSVP and send your questions to kkaiser@belleville.net.
