West Star Aviation promotes Norman Hunt to Avionics Technical Representative

West Star Aviation has announced the promotion of Norman Hunt to Avionics Technical Representative at their East Alton, Ill. (ALN) facility.

Hunt has over 35 years of experience, previously serving in the U.S. Navy as well as working at American Electronic Laboratories, Midcoast and Gulfstream. He has been with West Star since 2016 in various avionics positions.

“Norm brings extensive experience to a growing avionics team and West Star as a whole,” said Rusty Gardner, Avionics program manager (ALN). “We look forward to his continued contributions to the team and our valued customers,” Gardner continued.

“I am honored to be a part of West Star and appreciate the opportunity to continue my aviation career with an amazing team, while providing our customers with the best service possible,” said Hunt.
