On Jan.  10, physicians and providers from HSHS Medical Group Multispecialty Care – St. Elizabeth’s orthopaedic surgery, hand surgery and sports medicine will be relocating to HSHS Medical Group Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine – O’Fallon.

The new office is 670 Pierce Blvd. in O’Fallon.
