MG+M elevates Metro East attorney to partner
MG+M The Law Firm has elevated attorney Daniel B. Rousseau to partner, effective Jan. 1, 2021. Rousseau is based in O’Fallon, Ill. Across all the firm’s offices, five attorneys were elevated to partner.

Leader of the firm’s Investigations and Compliance practice group, Rousseau focuses his practice on claims and investigations against educational institutions, including Title IX, corporate and internal investigations and compliance, diversity, inclusion, culture audits, and corporate social responsibility. In addition, he handles matters involving commercial litigation, municipal law, toxic tort, and product liability. He received his J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri.
