Greensfelder adds Sanfilippo as chief financial officer

Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C., has named Frank H. Sanfilippo has joined the firm as chief financial officer.

“Frank is a veteran financial professional and leader who will help us continue to ensure ongoing success for our clients and the firm,” Greensfelder President and Chief Executive Officer Kevin T. McLaughlin said.

Sanfilippo oversees the firm’s accounting, financial planning, forecasting and reporting activities.

Sanfilippo has experience in organizational finance and operations, strategic planning, execution, leading change, and building high-performance teams. Prior to joining Greensfelder, he served as CFO and vice president at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Mo., where he led all fiscal affairs of the university. Over his 35-year career, he also has served as a high-level executive, including positions as chief operating officer and CFO, at public and private financial services companies. In addition, he was licensed as a certified public accountant, with experience at a Big Four accounting firm.

Sanfilippo received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C., founded in 1895, is a full-service law firm with offices in St. Louis, Chicago and Southern Illinois.
