Advanced practice registered nurse joins HSHS in Breese
HSHS Medical Group has welcomed Melanie Banal, APRN, to its medical team. She offers primary care for patients of all ages at Clinton County Rural Health Breese, located at 9401 Holy Cross Lane, Suite 112, Breese.
Banal completed her Master of Science in Nursing, family nurse practitioner, at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minn. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in St Louis.
As a primary care provider in family medicine, she cares for patients of all ages and offers a variety of services, including minor procedures, general wellness care, well-child exams, well-woman exams and chronic illness management. As an advanced practice registered nurse, she is trained to diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, as well as medication management.
