BARBERMURPHY welcomes new broker to firm

BARBERMURPHY Group recently added Carter Marteeny as a broker associate. He will be focusing on commercial sales and leasing in the Southern Illinois area.

Marteeny is a University of Missouri graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He enjoys applying his degree by performing financial modeling and underwriting investment opportunities.

He began his career in commercial real estate with a firm in St. Louis, assisting its capital markets and investment sales group with financial analysis, primarily in the multifamily sector.
