BARBERMURPHY principal recognized for individual sales
The Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois recognized BARBERMURPHY Principal Steve Zuber for individual sales in 2019, the firm announced this week.
Zuber received the award for Largest Commercial Sale of $11 million during the recent celebration.
“2019 was a record-breaking year for the BARBERMURPHY Group,” said Zuber. “The economy was strong on all levels, unemployment levels were low, consumer confidence was high, investors were bullish. Our firm feels very fortunate to have held the single largest sale award thru RASI for the past several years. An $11 million industrial investment sale last year was certainly a great achievement. How quickly things can change in a market from one year to the next. Taking everything into consideration with the global crisis in this business you have to take the good times with the bad and appreciate the good times when they come.”
