In order to protect patients and staff during this pandemic, Touchette Regional Hospital in Centreville, Ill., will be ceasing the following non-emergency services as of Wednesday, March 25:

·      Elective Surgeries and Procedures

·      Screening Mammography

·      Ultrasound (except to assist the Emergency Department)

·      Start Now Program

Patients will be notified of these changes and appointments will not be made until further notice.

“We want our staff to be able to deal with those patients who present with emergency conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic,” explained Sulbrena Day, chief nursing officer and chief operating officer. “We thank our patients for their cooperation during this unique time.”

The Touchette specialists at Archview Medical Center in Sauget, Ill., will continue to see patients at this time.

“We are moving eligible Archview patients to tele-health options in order to reduce in-person visits and protect both our patients and staff,” Day added.
